Gisele is the Founder, President of ReSolve Group Inc. as well as President and CEO of Chartier Property Management Inc., which operates out of Winnipeg, Manitoba. Gisele has compiled a professional management team, who currently manages over 2 million square feet of commercial retail, office, and industrial space and takes a personal approach with each and every property.

Bruce received his chartered accountancy designation in 1985 and has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. He has been involved in all aspects of real estate, including property management, property development and construction and experienced with a variety of properties such as office, retail and residential.

Development Officer

Mr. Edwards has more than 35 years of experience in the residential, retail, senior’s residence and commercial real estate field. He started his career with an integrated real estate company with international operations and progressed, with steadily increasing responsibilities, through every aspect of real estate development and management with that company and others.

Project Manager & Business Development

Tyler has over 10 years of experience in Project Co-ordination, Development and Management field. He acts on behalf of the client to coordinate all phases of a project but is heavily involved in the transition phase to ownership and warranties. Tyler is focused on achieving cost-savings and value for his clients by lending his professional advice and expertise.

Mike McNabb

Assistant Project Manager

Mike McNabb has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry with extensive renovation and restoration portfolios as well as experience managing large, development projects. His strong communication and leadership skills enhance Resolve’s management philosophy and reputation.
