Coordination of Monthly progress reports including contractor summary, updated budget, updated schedule, approved progress claims and cost summary
Coordinate the phasing of the project & coordinate accessibility with the activities of the sub trades
Receive, check, approve and recommend to the owner claims for payment
Ensure that effective supervision and inspection services are provided by qualified personnel and properly carried out to the highest standard
Verify in writing completion of the project and recommend acceptance by the owner. Administer release of holdback payments
Supervise preparation of inspection reports
Coordinate purchase and change orders and make recommendations to client as to what to sign
Act as client’s representative, assisting the client with all aspects of the design, construction, and commissioning process. Management of the design and construction build-out of facilities includes:
Act as liaison with design and engineering consultants from initial program review throughout design, working drawing, tendering, construction and occupancy phases of the project
Supervise the calling and coordination of tenders to subcontractors, and liaise with consultants
