ReSolve Project Management Ltd. utilizes several aspects of financial management on the project. This will include an effective process for the management of the budget during the construction process. As a firm construction price is in place, this amounts to effective management of the change order process and addressing any “unforeseen” items of work, and all associated reporting which own signs off on prior to any work commencing.
Scope and Budget Control Procedures
Generally, our approach to budget and risk management proceeds on some different initiatives. We participate in the design process to ensure that, while we are meeting the client’s needs, we are not overstating the scope of the work and requirements within the construction documents.
ReSolve Project Management Ltd. will conduct monthly project design meetings for the management of the project during the course of the design process, and monthly meetings during the construction of the project
